Mike Sikora offers a lifetime non pro-rated warranty that no other residential and business exterior builder and developer in Dayton can offer.

Under the Warranty Statement, the Following is Guaranteed:

  • Labor is performed by skilled craftsmen.
  • Work performed and materials installed are those that were contracted.
  • Products are installed according to manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Workmanship is free of defects.

Obtaining Performance Under this Warranty Statement:
Should the installed products fail due to misapplication, Mike Sikora’s Dayton Home Improvement Center will replace the affected area at our expense, within a reasonable amount of time. We cannot be held responsible for charges incurred if said repairs are performed by anyone other than a representative of Mike Sikora’s Dayton Home Improvement Center.

Limitations of Coverage:
This Warranty does not cover damages or defects beyond the control of Mike Sikora’s Dayton Home Improvement Center, such as: settlement or structural defects of the building; hail, wind or other acts of God; vandalism or negligence. Normal maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
